京杭大運河博物館實務(wù)顧問工作意向征集的公告

Announcement of Public Recruitment:
Museum physical space consultancy for Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum
京杭大運河博物院是大運河國家文化公園杭州段標志性工程，該項目由赫爾佐格&德默隆事務(wù)所進行建筑方案設(shè)計，現(xiàn)已完成概念深化，進入方案設(shè)計階段，為配合京杭大運河博物館建筑設(shè)計落地，現(xiàn)面向全球公開征集京杭大運河博物館實務(wù)顧問，該顧問的確定最終須經(jīng)赫爾佐格&德默隆事務(wù)所認可。
The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum will be a landmark of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park in Hangzhou. The architecture of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum project was designed by Herzog & De Meuron. Currently, the conceptual deepening design has been completed, and it has entered into the schematic design phase. In order to make the architectural plan coordinates well with the exhibition design, the international public recruitment for museum physical space consultancy is now officially announced. It is important to note that the final determination will be subject to the approval of Herzog & de Meuron team.
一、 項目概況 Project Overview
京杭大運河博物院以“中國領(lǐng)先、世界一流”為定位，將全面展示中國大運河文化，創(chuàng)新性建設(shè)為體驗式博物館和高品質(zhì)文化旅游目的地。
The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Museum is positioned as
“China’s leading, World-class”. It will show the culture of the Chinese Grand Canal, create an innovative experiential museum and high-quality cultural tourism destination.
本項目位于杭州市拱墅區(qū)大運河核心示范區(qū)，總建筑規(guī)模約為18萬平方米，其中地上建筑面積約11萬平方米，地下建筑面積約7萬平方米，主要包括博物館和國際文化交流中心，初步規(guī)劃展覽區(qū)、公共服務(wù)區(qū)、公共教育區(qū)、藏品保管保護區(qū)、綜合業(yè)務(wù)與學(xué)術(shù)研究區(qū)等功能區(qū)。
The project is located in the core demonstration area of the Grand Canal in Gongshu District, Hangzhou. The total construction scale is about 180,000 square meters, of which the aboveground construction area is about 110,000 square meters and the underground construction area is about 70,000 square meters. It contains a museum and an international cultural exchange center. Preliminary planning of functional areas includes exhibition, public service, public education, collection storage protection, comprehensive business and academic research.
二、 服務(wù)內(nèi)容 Services
根據(jù)對本項目中博物館的規(guī)模和初步定位的理解制定初步功能任務(wù)書。
According to the understanding of the scale and preliminary positioning of the museum in this project, formulate a preliminary program task book.
根據(jù)以往經(jīng)驗及最佳實踐針對現(xiàn)有建筑設(shè)計方案提出意見，其范圍包括但不僅限于功能空間的完整性和使用流線的合理性。顧問應(yīng)參加服務(wù)周期內(nèi)的設(shè)計討論會。
Based on the past experience and the current architectural design, propose suggestions including but not limited to the integrity of the functional space and the rationality of the flow lines. Consultants should participate in design seminars during the service term.
1. 流線
1. Traffic flows
1.1參觀流線 – 由入口處安檢到參觀結(jié)束的全程瀏覽流線，
可能包含VIP流線
1.1 Visitors flow: an overall flow from the information desk at the entrance to the end of the exhibition, VIP flow might be included.
1.2后勤流線 – 博物館工作人員流線（藏品技術(shù)保護工作
人員流線、綜合業(yè)務(wù)工作人員流線），常規(guī)運營維護流線，藏品、展品運輸、安裝、展示、維修、更換流線等。
1.2 Logistic flow: museum staff (collection technical protection staff flow line, integrated business staff flow), operation and maintenance flow, collection and exhibit transportation, installation, display, maintenance, replacement flow, etc.
1.3 臨展布置流線 – 新展布置時將展品及布展設(shè)施設(shè)備運
送到展廳的流線。
1.3 Temporary exhibition installation flow: for transporting exhibits and exhibition facilities to the exhibition hall when there are new exhibitions.

2.1提供對公共接待功能、文物科技保護功能、學(xué)術(shù)研究功能、陳列展覽功能、綜合業(yè)務(wù)功能（辦公、接待、會議、檔案、圖書資料、展覽策劃、文創(chuàng)、安防和消防中控）等功能面積、空間、布局的建議。
2.1 Provide space and layout suggestions for functional areas such as public reception, cultural relic technology protection, academic research, display and exhibition, comprehensive business (office, reception, conference, archives, books, exhibition planning, cultural creation, security and fire control).
2.2后勤 – 配套功能、面積等建議
2.2 Logistics: suggestions on supportive functions and size.
2.3展廳 – 常設(shè)展、臨展和其他室內(nèi)外展示空間面積、布局、層高、荷載等建議
2.3 Exhibition Hall: suggestions on the size, layout, load and height of permanent exhibitions, temporary exhibitions and any other indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces.
2.4 硬件 – 溫濕度、光照、防潮、防水、防煙塵、防有害氣體、防蟲、防鼠、防盜和機電等標準（我們備有暖通、消防等顧問）
2.4 Hardware standards such as temperature, humidity, light, moisture-proof, waterproof, smoke-proof, harmful gas, insect-proof, rodent-proof, anti-theft and electromechanical standards (we have HVAC and fire-fighting consultants)
3．特殊業(yè)態(tài)建議，如4D影院、文創(chuàng)店等，以及為未來預(yù)留空間提供建議；
3. Suggestions for reserved spaces, such as 4D cinemas, gift shops, etc.，other suggestions for reserved space for future development；
4．提供國際常設(shè)展、臨展標準，以便未來舉辦各類文化展覽；
4. Provide international standards for permanent exhibition and temporary exhibition, for potentially holding various cultural exhibitions in the future；
5．提供對標博物館案例，包括人流、展覽形式、空間參數(shù)等；
5. Provide cases of benchmarking museums, including visitor flows, exhibition format, space parameters, etc.；
6．配合赫爾佐格&德默隆事務(wù)所和各專項顧問進行建筑設(shè)計，參加設(shè)計討論會，及時溝通建筑及策展設(shè)計之間的相互需求。
6. Cooperate with Herzog & de Meuron and various special consultants for architectural design, participate in design seminars, and coordinate architectural design with exhibition design.
三、服務(wù)周期要求 Service Cycle Requirements
配合建筑設(shè)計從50%方案設(shè)計起到100%初步設(shè)計。為期大致
10個月，其中包含6個月協(xié)調(diào)建筑設(shè)計與展覽設(shè)計團隊的工作。
Cooperate with architectural design starting from 50% schematic design to 100% preliminary design. The whole period is about 10 months, includes 6-month cooperating with both of the architecture team and the exhibition design team.
