Call Opening to Global Competitors for the Conceptual Plan of Master Design of Global Headquarter Project of PHICOMM (Chengdu)

成都市龍泉驛區(qū)，是成都市中心城區(qū)，成都市東部副中心，是國務院批準的成都市城市向東發(fā)展主體區(qū)域、成都經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)所在地和天府新區(qū)龍泉片區(qū)所在區(qū)域。龍泉驛素有“四時花不斷，八節(jié)佳果香”之美譽，建設中的龍泉山城市森林公園主體位于該區(qū)。是2020年成都市新城市總規(guī)一山兩翼中的核心地帶。
Longquanyi District,the sub-centre of the East Chengdu, as a part of Chengdu’s urban area, is the key area in Chengdu’s Eastward-development plan approved by the State Council of China, where the Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Area and the Longquan Area of the Tianfu New District are located. Meanwhile, with a fame of“Flowers blossoming in four seasons , Fruits scenting in Eight solar terms ” Longquanyi is the core area of “One Mountain, Two Flanks”in Chengdu’s new urban plan 2020, in which
the main part of Longquanshan Urban Forest Park under construction is located.

Established in 2009, PHICOMM is a High-tech innovation-oriented enterprise providing intelligent products and cloud services such as cloud computing and Cloud storage to household market and services and solutions based on big data to businesses.With the momentum of Western Development and the high speed development of economy and technologies in the Southwest China,PHICOMM are planning to build two headquarters, on in Shanghai and one in Chengdu.
成都總部將部落地龍泉驛區(qū)，圍繞斐訊公司的產(chǎn)業(yè)特點以及行業(yè)優(yōu)勢，成都總部在建設之初就提出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+基金金融以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+健康體育等衍生及高端酒店賓館（五星級）等配套的新業(yè)態(tài)模式，打造包括企業(yè)產(chǎn)品全球體驗中心在內的頂尖生態(tài)物業(yè)，現(xiàn)向全球征集“斐訊成都全球總部項目總體設計概念方案”。本次征集活動面向全球公開，邀請具有相關建筑設計經(jīng)驗的設計機構參與，歡迎全球優(yōu)秀的設計機構遞交《報名應征資料》。
The Chengdu headquarter will be built in Longquanyi District,focusing on a new business model comprising Internet + fund-based finance, Internet + health and sports，high-end hotels (five-stars) and other supporting amenities and facilities, to create a top eco-property properties including the global experience center for corporate products. At the present time, Conceptual Plan of Master Design of Global Headquarter Project of PHICOMM (Chengdu) is being opened to call for competitors globally, inviting those architectural design institutions with relevant experiences and works to participate and submit their proposals.
