Announcement on Evaluation Results of the Open Competition of the Multi-Dimensional Space Planning for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone
由寶安區(qū)政府、深圳市規(guī)劃和國土資源委員會聯(lián)合主辦，市規(guī)劃和國土資源委員會寶安管理局承辦的寶安107時尚商務(wù)帶立體空間規(guī)劃公開競賽的正式設(shè)計成果評審會和定標會已于日前舉行，根據(jù)競賽工作規(guī)則，經(jīng)專家評審委員會和定標委員會評審，競賽結(jié)果如下：
The evaluation meeting of design deliverables and bidding meeting for the “Open Competition of the Multi-Dimensional Space Planning for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone”, which jointly organized by the People’s Government of Bao’an District, Shenzhen and Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, undertaken by Bao’an Administration of Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, have been held recently. According to the Working Rules of this Open Competition, after the evaluation of the Jury Panel and Bidding Supervision Commission, the competition results are as follows:
獲得第一名的設(shè)計機構(gòu)為：中國城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院 & MLA+國際建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計事務(wù)所 & 深圳市市政設(shè)計研究院有限公司聯(lián)合體；
First-Prize Winner: China Academy of Urban Planning & Design & MLA+ B.V. & Shenzhen Municipal Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Consortium)；
獲得第二名的設(shè)計機構(gòu)為：深圳市規(guī)劃國土發(fā)展研究中心 & 株式會社日建設(shè)計聯(lián)合體；
Second-Prize Winner: Shenzhen Urban Planning & Land Resource Research Center & Nikken Sekkei Ltd. (Consortium)；
獲得第三名的設(shè)計機構(gòu)為：深圳市蕾奧城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計咨詢有限公司 & 荷蘭KCAP國際有限公司聯(lián)合體；
Third-Prize Winner: LAY-OUT Planning Consultants Ltd. & KCAP International B.V. (Consortium)；
獲得第四名的設(shè)計機構(gòu)為：深圳市城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院有限公司 & OMA Asia(Hong Kong)Limited & 深圳市綜合交通設(shè)計研究院有限公司 & 綜合開發(fā)研究院（中國·深圳）聯(lián)合體；
Fourth-Prize Winner: Urban Planning & Design Institute of Shenzhen & OMA Asia (Hong Kong) Limited & Shenzhen Transportation Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. & China Development Institute (Consortium)；
獲得第五名的設(shè)計機構(gòu)為：廣東省城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院 & 德國AP建筑事務(wù)所 & 深圳市南山科技事務(wù)所 & 深圳市都市交通規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究院 & 上海前灘新興產(chǎn)業(yè)研究中心聯(lián)合體；
Fifth-Prize Winner: Guangdong Urban & Rural Planning and Design Institute & Albrecht & Partner, Architektur, Munich & Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Office & Shenzhen Urban Transportation Planning & Design Institute & Shanghai Qiantan New Emerging Industry Center (IDSS) (Consortium)；
獲得第六名的設(shè)計機構(gòu)為：筑博設(shè)計股份有限公司 & 德國ISA意廈國際設(shè)計集團 & 宏達交通咨詢（深圳）有限公司聯(lián)合體。
Sixth-Prize Winner: Zhubo Design & ISA - Internationales Stadtbauatelier & MVA Transport Consultants (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Consortium).
根據(jù)工作規(guī)則，前兩名設(shè)計機構(gòu)將組成A、B團隊承接后續(xù)規(guī)劃深化工作，共同推進107時尚商務(wù)帶立體空間規(guī)劃編制和實施。
According to the Working Rules, the top two design firms will be organized into Team A and Team B to undertake the subsequent planning and deepening, and to jointly promote the formulation and implementation of the multi-dimensional space planning for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone.
