Notice of the Open Competition of the Multi-Dimensional Space Planning for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone
寶安地處深圳西部，西臨珠江口，北與東莞相接，處于連接粵港的黃金走廊和大珠三角發(fā)展脊梁中心地帶，地理位置優(yōu)越。以107國(guó)道、寶安大道和地鐵1號(hào)線為骨架的黃金發(fā)展帶是《寶安綜合規(guī)劃（2013-2020）》提出的“三帶兩心兩城一谷”空間結(jié)構(gòu)中的三帶之一，總長(zhǎng)約30公里。107國(guó)道曾見(jiàn)證了寶安的工業(yè)化、城市化進(jìn)程，集聚了全區(qū)重要的各類設(shè)施，但沿線片區(qū)目前的功能與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、空間形態(tài)與品質(zhì)、交通服務(wù)能力、公用設(shè)施供應(yīng)水平、城市環(huán)境特色等方面均與市區(qū)兩級(jí)政府確定的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)要求存在較大差距，難以支撐寶安創(chuàng)建國(guó)際化先進(jìn)城區(qū)、現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)強(qiáng)區(qū)的發(fā)展要求。
Bao’an District, located in west of Shenzhen, adjacent to Pearl River Estuary in the west and bordered with Dongguan in the north, as well as in the golden corridor connecting Guangdong and Hong Kong and the heartland for development backbone of Great Pearl River Delta, is featured by advantageous geographical location. Taking National Highway G107, Bao’an Avenue and Metro Line 1 as the skeleton, the Golden Development Zone is one of the three major zones in the overall spatial structure of “three zones, two hearts, two cities and one valley” delimited by Bao’an Comprehensive Plan, with a total length of about 30km. National Highway G107 has witnessed industrialization & urbanization process of Bao’an District and gathered various important facilities of the whole District； however, there is still a long way to go for current function & industry development, urbanization process, transportation service ability, supply level of utilities, urban environment characteristics, etc. of the District to meet the aforementioned requirements so that it is unable to prop up the development requirements to construct Bao’an District into an international advanced city and a modern industrial strong area.
為落實(shí)市區(qū)兩級(jí)政府對(duì)107國(guó)道市政化及周邊空間規(guī)劃調(diào)整提升的要求，將107國(guó)道打造成為引領(lǐng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的高地、珠三角灣區(qū)東岸脊梁上的科技創(chuàng)新服務(wù)帶、寶安區(qū)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)引擎，進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)寶安全面升級(jí)和質(zhì)量提升，深圳市寶安區(qū)人民政府和深圳市規(guī)劃和國(guó)土資源委員會(huì)聯(lián)合組織開(kāi)展“寶安107時(shí)尚商務(wù)帶立體空間規(guī)劃公開(kāi)競(jìng)賽”活動(dòng)。
In order to implement requirements on municipalization of National Highway G107 and plan adjusting and upgrading of its surrounding space set by the municipal– and district-level governments, and to build it into a highland to lead regional industrial transformation and upgrading, a scientific and technological innovation service zone on eastern ridge of Pearl River Delta’s bay area, as well as an important economic growth engine for Baoan District, thus to drive all-round upgrading and quality improvement of Bao’an, the People’s Government of Bao’an District, Shenzhen and Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality are jointly organizing the “Open Competition of the Multi-Dimensional Space Planning for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone”.
本次公開(kāi)競(jìng)賽將面向全球公開(kāi)引進(jìn)高水平規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)力量，緊抓107國(guó)道市政化改造的契機(jī)，通過(guò)對(duì)寶安107時(shí)尚商務(wù)帶立體空間發(fā)展定位和總體目標(biāo)進(jìn)行深入研究，為寶安107時(shí)尚商務(wù)帶的功能整合與空間塑造提供多種可能性，以創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計(jì)理念和發(fā)展思路，引領(lǐng)寶安107時(shí)尚商務(wù)帶優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
This Open Competition is intended to invite high-level design teams, by virtue of the rare opportunities of municipalization for National Highway G107 and improvement of functions along the line, which, through in-depth study on development positioning and overall goal of multi-dimensional space for Bao’an G107 Fashion Business Zone, will bring about multiple possibilities to its functional integration and spatial shaping, as well as guide a high-quality, efficient and sustainable development for it with innovative design concepts and development strategies.
