Notice of the International Consultation on the Urban Green Valley Landscape Planning and Design for the CBD of Shenzhen North Railway Station
深圳北站商務中心區(qū)是深圳市委市政府確定的13個重點區(qū)域之一，為高效落實市委市政府關于加快推進全市13個重點區(qū)域開發(fā)建設的統一部署，高水平打造深圳北站商務中心區(qū)，將實施“一核、一心、一網”重點片區(qū)建設計劃。其中“一核”為北站商務核心區(qū)，“一心”為紅山站文化商業(yè)中心、“一網”即城市綠谷。城市綠谷是東西指狀滲透、南北帶狀串聯，貫穿整個北站周邊地區(qū)，連接羊臺山生態(tài)資源環(huán)境與城市地區(qū)的生態(tài)綠色網絡。它不僅是展示新區(qū)自然景觀風貌的直接載體，也是帶動地區(qū)發(fā)展的重要引擎；不僅是承載城市公共活動、傳承城市文脈的核心場所，更是保障片區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)安全格局基礎，對北站地區(qū)城市環(huán)境的高品質塑造有著深遠的影響。
The CBD of Shenzhen North Railway Station is one of the 13 key areas designated by the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government. In order to carry out the unified arrangements by the Municipal Committee and Government for accelerating the development and construction of the 13 key areas, to build the CBD of Shenzhen North Railway Station in high standard, the key area construction plan of “one Core, one Center, and one Network” will be implemented. “One core” is the Business Core Zone of Shenzhen North Railway Station； “one Center” is the Cultural and Consumer Center of Hongshan Metro Station； and “one Network” is the Urban Green Valley. The Urban Green Valley is an ecological green network connecting the whole neighboring areas of Shenzhen North Railway Station by permeating through the eastern and western part in a finger-shape and joining up the southern and northern part in a belt pattern, and link the Yangtai Mountain to the city. It is not only a carrier to demonstrate the natural landscape of the New District, but also an important engine for the area’s development； moreover, it has great influence on the building of high-quality urban environment for Shenzhen North Railway Station area, by being the core place for public activities and inheriting the urban culture, as well as the basis for ecological safety layout to ensure the area’s sustainable development.
為充分借鑒學習國內外在城市生態(tài)休閑設計及城市特色營造方面的先進經驗，以國際視野和創(chuàng)新理念謀劃中心區(qū)城市綠谷發(fā)展藍圖，帶動綠谷兩側的城市功能轉型和城市空間品質的提升，深圳市龍華新區(qū)管理委員會組織開展“深圳北站商務中心區(qū)城市綠谷景觀規(guī)劃設計國際咨詢”活動，面向全球公開征集具有豐富規(guī)劃設計經驗的設計機構（含設計聯合體，下同）參與。
The Administrative Committee of Longhua New District is organizing the International Consultation on the Urban Green Valley Landscape Planning and Design for CBD of Shenzhen North Railway Station, in order to learn from those advanced experience in urban ecological leisure design and urban feature building home and abroad to draft a blueprint for the development of the Urban Green Valley with global vision and innovative ideas so as to drive the urban function transformation and promote the urban public space quality for those areas along the green valley. We warmly welcome the global outstanding design firms (including design consortiums, similarly hereinafter) with rich experience in urban planning and design to take part in this International Consultation.
本次國際咨詢活動旨在引進高水平設計力量，通過對城市綠谷的功能內涵和建設目標進行深入研究，為城市綠谷的景觀空間設計和公共功能塑造提供多種可能性，同時也為城市綠谷建設推進及管理運營等提供創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展思路。以景觀引領城市建設的理念，將城市綠谷打造成為北站地區(qū)的城市名片和動力引擎，引導北站地區(qū)優(yōu)質、高效、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
This International Consultation is aimed to invite high-level design teams to deeply study the functional connotation and construction goals of the Urban Green Valley so as to offer multiple possibilities for the landscape space design and public function building and to provide innovative development ideas for boosting its construction, management and operating of green valley. We hope the concept of leading the urban construction with landscape would build the Urban Green Valley into a landmark of the Shenzhen North Railway Station area and an engine for its development, and guide the quality, efficient and sustainable development of North Railway Station area.
