一、項目介紹
創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)新天地綜合體是根據(jù)市委市政府要求打造的“宜居、宜商、宜文、宜游”的次級商務商業(yè)中心, 集文化娛樂、商業(yè)休閑、商務辦公、SOHO/LOFT商住、文化創(chuàng)意等多功能于一體.位于杭州下城區(qū)北部，用地面積850畝，建筑面積115萬平方米，總投資約100億人民幣。
網(wǎng)殼結構是綜合體核心區(qū)的主要景觀元素，它流動的形式和震撼的造型將為核心區(qū)的公共空間帶來活力和獨創(chuàng)性。初期實施的永福橋路橋梁上部單層網(wǎng)殼設計，將打造成為綜合體的亮點與焦點，以提升形象、形成地標。
二、報名須知
1)歡迎具有類似單層網(wǎng)殼（如上海世博軸陽光谷網(wǎng)殼結構）設計經(jīng)驗的國際知名設計公司或聯(lián)合體參加。
2）參加報名的設計單位須提供相關證明材料及主要設計人的簡歷及類似單層網(wǎng)殼設計材料。
3）報名時間
報名截止時間：2010年1月14日17：00止。

報名方式：報名單位需填寫《杭州市創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)新天地永福橋路橋梁上部單層網(wǎng)殼結構設計報名表》，報名表及招標文件請于www.hzxtd.com.cn下載
電子郵件或傳真方式報名
報名截止后，征集單位將對報名的設計單位進行資格預審，最終選定3家設計單位，并以書面方式確認。

International design collection for the shell structure on the Yongfu brige at Creative New land Hangzhou
1) Project Descriptions
Per the government requirements, themes of the mix-used project of the Creative New land Hangzhou are “good for living, good for business, and good for tourism”, in which a set of cultural entertainment, commercial leisure, office, SOHO / LOFT, and cultural creativity in one, such a multi-functional sub-business center will be built. The project is located in the northern part of Xiacheng district, the land area of 850 acres, building area of 1.15 million square meters, with a total investment of about RMB10 billion yuan.
The shell structure is the main element for landscape of the core area of the mix-used project . It’s art form will bring vitality and originality to the public space of the core area. The shell structure on the Yongfu brige is going to be the focus spot of the whole project in order to enhance the image and public attention.
2) Enrollment requirements:
a) Party should has experience in design of shell structure and need to be a well-known international design firm or combination；
b) Party needs to provide documentary evidence and curriculum vitae of the main designers；
c) Application deadline will be at 17:00 on the Jan 14, 2010；
