建筑師
1、建筑設(shè)計或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科學歷或以上
2、英語口語流利，寫作流暢，能與外籍建筑設(shè)計師交流
3、至少3年以上建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
4、了解相關(guān)建筑法規(guī)與條例，國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先
5、熟悉建筑設(shè)計項目開展過程
6、有外資建筑設(shè)計公司工作背景優(yōu)先
7、熟練操作AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign等相關(guān)軟件, 熟練操作Rhino優(yōu)先
8、細心，有責任心，并且工作努力
1、Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2、English as one of the working languages of proficient level, both in writing and speaking
3、At least 3 years architectural design experience
4、Knowledge of Chinese national and local architectural guidelines, standards, regulations etc.
5、Understand the design process of architectural projects
6、Experience in a foreign architecture firm or cooperate an advantage
7、AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign skills, knowledge of Rhino an advantage

助理建筑師

4、能獨立完成景觀項目的設(shè)計工作，能有效的控制工作時間和設(shè)計表現(xiàn)能力
5、在設(shè)計方面具有獨特風格，熟悉設(shè)計流程、熟悉植物的綠化配植及燈光搭配效果
6、具備良好的溝通交流能力，理解能力強，以及團隊協(xié)助精神
7、具有大型景觀項目規(guī)劃設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，熟悉設(shè)計擴初與現(xiàn)場施工經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

任職資格：
1、專職建筑設(shè)計繪圖員，精通建筑CAD、SketchUp、Photoshop、Indesign等常用的建筑設(shè)計和圖文處理軟件；
2、繪圖精確、速度快，能配合建筑師高效完整地完成設(shè)計；
3、有出色的圖面處理、排版和文本制作能力；
4、有工作激情和團隊意識、善于溝通；
5、有建筑施工圖繪制工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
6、有建筑設(shè)計院工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
