W&R International Design Group is one of the largest and most influential architectural planning and design companies in the United States. It was set up by the famous architecture professor William White in 1964 who graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master’s of Engineering degree. It was registered as a limited company in 1984 and officially named as W&R International Design Group in 1992. Over the last 40-odd years, W&R International Group has established an international reputation in Europe, the United States, and Asia for its outstanding design, fine quality, and noble professional ethics.
W&R International Design Group specializes in architectural planning and design, traffic/transportation planning, urban design, engineering management, construction supervision, and so on. It is a famous partnership enterprise. W&R Group, headquartered in Chicago, has established wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai. W&R GROUP was awarded “Top 20 Innovative Architectural Design Company in the World”, “Top 15 Global Foresight Architectural Design Company”； and “Top Ten Best Foreign Architectural Design Company in China”.
Members
W&R International Design Group consists of three main partners, including Professor William White, and includes more than 100 experienced planners, architects, and landscape designers. Design Director
Qualifications and Key Skills:
Bachelor degree or above in architecture, urban planning or related field；
8 years or above relevant experience, min. 1 year experience of project management and design management
Having played a significant lead role in more recent large-scale projects independently, through technical knowledge and understanding of national building codes and standard architectural and urban design practices；1RA—PRC is preferred.
Expertise in design organization management and the ability to accurately comprehend the project and the owner’s demand；Have proficiency schematic and enlargement preliminary design skills.
Strong responsibility & team working spirit，good communication & interpersonal skills, and excellent abilities to analyse and solve problems；
Good business management, expanding and negotiation skill； good communication skill with client and understand client’s requirement correctly
設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)
應(yīng)聘條件：
全日制院校建筑學(xué)/城市規(guī)劃專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
8年及以上的設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和設(shè)計(jì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
主持或參與過大型工程項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，熟悉建筑/城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)法規(guī)及規(guī)范；一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先。
具有較強(qiáng)的方案及建筑擴(kuò)大初步設(shè)計(jì)能力，擅長項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)組織管理，能準(zhǔn)確理解、把握項(xiàng)目及業(yè)主需求；
敬業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)、善于溝通協(xié)調(diào)，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和分析問題、解決問題的能力；

有大型住宅小區(qū)及中大型公建項(xiàng)目方案及建筑擴(kuò)大初步設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能較好的把握業(yè)主的設(shè)計(jì)要求；

Architect/ Urban Planner
