建筑師
1、建筑設(shè)計或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷或以上
2、英語口語流利，寫作流暢，能與外籍建筑設(shè)計師交流
3、至少3年以上建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
4、了解相關(guān)建筑法規(guī)與條例，國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先
5、熟悉建筑設(shè)計項目開展過程
6、有外資建筑設(shè)計公司工作背景優(yōu)先
7、熟練操作AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign等相關(guān)軟件, 熟練操作Rhino優(yōu)先
8、細(xì)心，有責(zé)任心，并且工作努力
1、Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2、English as one of the working languages of proficient level, both in writing and speaking
3、At least 3 years architectural design experience

5、在設(shè)計方面具有獨特風(fēng)格，熟悉設(shè)計流程、熟悉植物的綠化配植及燈光搭配效果
6、具備良好的溝通交流能力，理解能力強(qiáng)，以及團(tuán)隊協(xié)助精神
7、具有大型景觀項目規(guī)劃設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，熟悉設(shè)計擴(kuò)初與現(xiàn)場施工經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

工作描述：
1、運(yùn)用各種軟件編輯制作項目前期標(biāo)書
2、協(xié)助更新公司的宣傳資料、手冊及其它市場推廣文本
3、協(xié)助設(shè)計團(tuán)隊完成項目相關(guān)匯報文本
4、根據(jù)工作要求，提供必要的文本翻譯

Qualification:
1. Major in Art Design with BA Degree or above
