高級建筑設(shè)計師
1、建筑設(shè)計或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科學歷或以上
2、英語口語流利，寫作流暢，能與外籍建筑設(shè)計師交流
3、至少5年以上建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
4、了解相關(guān)建筑法規(guī)與條例，國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先
5、熟悉建筑設(shè)計項目開展過程
6、有外資建筑設(shè)計公司工作背景優(yōu)先
7、熟練操作AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign等相關(guān)軟件, 熟練操作Rhino優(yōu)先
8、細心，有責任心，并且工作努力
1、Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2、 English as one of the working languages of proficient level, both in writing and speaking
3、At least 5 years architectural design experience
4、Knowledge of Chinese national and local architectural guidelines, standards, regulations etc., Grade-1 certified architect an advantage
5、Understand the design process of architectural projects
6、Experience in a foreign architecture firm or cooperate an advantage
7、AutoCad, Photoshop, SketchUp, Indesign skills, knowledge of Rhino an advantage
8、Attention to detail, responsible and hard working

任職資格：
1、設(shè)計類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷
2、中英文熟練，雙語書面溝通能力強，可以與外籍同事溝通配合
3、熟練運用平面設(shè)計軟件，如Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop等
4、良好的工作態(tài)度，溝通能力強，具有團隊意識
5、有建筑設(shè)計行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
工作描述：
1、運用各種軟件編輯制作項目前期標書
2、協(xié)助更新公司的宣傳資料、手冊及其它市場推廣文本
3、協(xié)助設(shè)計團隊完成項目相關(guān)匯報文本
4、根據(jù)工作要求，提供必要的文本翻譯
5、公司安排的其他工作
Qualification:
1、Major in Art Design with BA Degree or above
2、Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing skills for better communication and cooperation with foreign employees
3、Well usage on design realted software, such as Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint etc
4、Good working attitude and communication skill, full understanding on team spirit

Job Description：
1、Assist on project bidding documents
2、Assist to update company marketing material, credential and other promotion documents
3、Be responsible to finish and improve the project presentation documents
4、Provide necessary translation as requested

模型師 2名
主要職責與能力：
1、輔助設(shè)計師完成建筑模型
2、渲染簡單的建筑草圖立面圖、平面圖等
3、具備良好的建筑識圖能力，有建筑相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先
4、兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗，有在境外進駐設(shè)計公司從事相關(guān)工作或有制作境外效果圖者優(yōu)先
5、良好的中英文口語及書面表達能力優(yōu)先考慮
6、有強烈的責任心，具備良好的職業(yè)道德和團隊意識
7、有良好的溝通能力，能承受工作壓力，具有敬業(yè)精神
