深圳市南山區(qū)文體中心建設(shè)于1993年初，是南山區(qū)級群眾性的文化體育公共設(shè)施。但隨著南山區(qū)城市建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的提升和群眾文化需求的增長，現(xiàn)有的設(shè)施在服務(wù)能力和水平上都難以滿足群眾需求。南山區(qū)建設(shè)局受區(qū)政府委托，組織針對文體中心區(qū)核心區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)方案國際征集活動，旨在完善地方文化體育設(shè)施，提升南山核心地區(qū)的環(huán)境品質(zhì)，帶動全區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。本次設(shè)計(jì)競賽包括：南山劇院、南山體育館、南山游泳館建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)和銜接三者的城市公共廣場設(shè)計(jì)。征集活動擬在全球范圍內(nèi)展開，公開邀請優(yōu)秀的境內(nèi)外設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)參與報(bào)名和資格預(yù)審。
報(bào)名時間：2006年5月8日——5月23日。應(yīng)征單位須提供含報(bào)名表、資格預(yù)審申請及相關(guān)文件的特快專遞作為正式報(bào)名材料。時間以郵件到達(dá)深圳郵戳?xí)r間為準(zhǔn)。報(bào)名及參與詳細(xì)事宜，請下載以下文件，并依據(jù)要求參加。

Public Notice for International
Design Competition for the Central Area of Shenzhen Nanshan Cultural
& Sport Center
Shenzhen Nanshan Cultural & Sport Center, which was founded in
early 1993, is a public cultural and sport facility in Nanshan
District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, PR China. With an improvement of
urban construction standard and a growth of demand for cultural
facilities in Nanshan District, current facilities cannot meet the
public demand in terms of service standards and level. As
commissoned by Shenzhen Municipal Government,
Construction Bureau of Nanshan District of Shenzhen will organize an
international design competition for the
Central Area of Shenzhen Cultural & Sport Center for the purpose
of enhancing the local cultural and sport facilities, upgrading the
environment quality of the central area of Nanshan District and
fostering the development of cultural industry in the District. This
International Design Competition includes the delivery of a design
scheme for a theatre, a sport center and a swimming center. A public square is also included to link up the former three
facilities. For this International Design Competition, all domestic
and foreign excellent design companies are welcome to apply. Applicants need to go through a process of pre-qualification.
The
application of the Competition starts on May 8, 2006 and ends on May
23, 2006. The applicants should submit a set of formal application
materials by express mail service which includes an application
form, a pre-qualification application form and related documents.
The date of application shall be the stamped date when the mail
arrives at Shenzhen. For details of application, please download the
following documents as necessary. Application shall strictly follow the documents as follows.
